1) Uninstall hike account from your device
2) Keep it uninstalled from your device for more than 15 days.
3) After 15 days Install hike app again
4) Login with your account
5) Now Go to Rewards > Recharge > Redeem your balance
6) That’s it. You will not get any heavy transaction volume error and you can easily redeem your balancr as free recharge.
